Once registered, you can report a lost or found animal and receive alerts based on your location. The community gets notified instantly to help mobilize a search.

Some browsing is available without an account, but reporting an animal requires creating a free account so we can verify and notify the community.
Yes. Data protection is one of our priorities. Your information is handled with care, never sold, and you can delete your account at any time.
Direct messaging is available between users involved in the same listing, with built-in moderation and the ability to report abusive behavior.
Animou will launch on iOS and Android. The website provides updates and lets you stay informed about the launch.
Once an animal is reported as found, the listing is automatically marked as resolved. The owner can leave a thank-you message visible to those who helped.
Animou launches first in France. Expansion to neighboring European countries is planned shortly after.
Each message and listing has a "Report" button. Our moderation team reviews flagged content within 24 hours and takes action when needed.
